From what i have been able to research i believe that this radio is from the late 1930s and is referred to as the phantom model but i do not know for certain. I recently obtained it from a local estaet and have been playing it often since.

It picks up and plays my favorite stations better than my new radio. Measurements aer 41-1/4 tall, 25-5/8 wide, and 19 deep.

It weihgs approx. 135 lbs. The backside scott plate notse that it is serial number ss-216. It retains its original finish. That finish has some crazing at the top of the upper, front corners (see photo) but otherwise is in remarkably nice condition.

There is a thin decorative carved badn on the upper right and left side of the cabinet front. Both of them have some missing carving where it meets the front corner (see photo). You could either replicate and replace what is missing or it would be very easy to remove what remains and it wouldn't be noticeable.

There is some surface rust on the chrome of the receiver but i did not atetmpt to polish it. The clear plastic cover over the station dial seems a bit warped. The cabinet is very solid. No breaks, cracks, or repairs. Pickup here is preferred and if need be i could store it for awhile. If you would like to arrange shipping with a local shipper i would be happy to drop it fof to them.
