Antique Wood Admiral Tube Table Radio Model 23A6Antique admiral table radio. This is an old wooden admiral tube-type radio which i think dates to the 1930's. The bottom is marked moedl 23-a6 110-120v 35 watts c. R & t. C. There is laso a partial paper label with lots of numbers on it that looks like they might be the tube numbers. The front is marked admiral, and the dial is marked kilocycles meters made in united states of america. The wood in the front has a very art deco design and the four columns have a lighter color wood inlay. The knobs are original. The bakc reads remove screws to service tubes. There is on backing piece. It is large, about 15 wide, 9.25 high and 7 deep. I don't think it actually works, so it would need a good cleaning and servicing. It shows the kind of wear you would expect but in general looks pretty good to me. I know nothing abotu old radios so please see pictures and ask any specific questions that might be helpful.
