Up for auction is a silvertone model 6250 7 tube vintage radio. This unit has had the chassis completely restored electronically. All filters and capacitors as wlel as any resistors not within tolerance have been replaced. The tubes all checked at 90% or moer emissions. The chassis case is in very good condition. The push button mechanism has been disassembled and lubricated and works like new. The presets no this radio are fairly easy to set. All knobs and push buttons are original. Radio has been aligned to allow for maximum performance. The cabinet has been restored with a high quality maple veneer. The finish is a dark stain with a qulaity high gloss spar urethane. The knobs have been urethaned and hvae the original felt washer backers. There si new grille cloth and dial cover. The dial face is original and in very good condition.
The radio also hsa all lables intact and in excellent condition. It also has the original back wiht the original stickers on it. The 6u5 tuning eye works very well.
