Imagelink img. Auctionimage border 2px solid #582613. This is a vintage zenith tube radio model 6d539. When i turned it on, the light came on and it buzzed.
Unfortunately teh dial knob doesn't change the stations. The other 2 knobs (on/off & standard broadcast/shortwave) both work well. It was manufactured in 1941. The chassis number is 6a16. The beautiufl wood case is in very good condition. This model has 6 tubes. The speaker cloth needs tightened/stretched, otherwise it looks ok. It measures 13 long, 8 high and 7 deep.
